All orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking number when your order is shipped.

- Estimated delivery times 1-12 business days. PLEASE NOTE there may be slight shipping delays due to Covid. The average delivery time is 3.3 days from shipping.

- Shipping is calculated at checkout

NB Please be aware of customs, duties or VAT fee's in your country. These are payable by the customer and are NOT included in shipping costs.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please measure your windows correctly before purchase. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact support at support@mahaloecoblinds.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order. After review of the returned item, we can offer an exchange or refund of the purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
