Ever noticed how animals shake after a scare? Like when ducks have a altercation with each other then fly off across the water shaking their wings? This somatic body shake is their way of releasing stress. You can do the same! Shake out your limbs and body for a few minutes to let go of tension and rejuvenate your spirit. DON'T HOLD ONTO IT! (A trampoline is great for this!)
